Team Assessment
We will identify the enablers and blockers of your team performance, through a mix of evidence-based surveys and 1-2-1 interviews.
Team Action Plan
Co-created alongside the team manager, this plan will organise the team’s priorities into short, medium and long-term goals. We will then provide methods and solutions for achieving the goals.
Team Manager Development Programme
We will undertake a gap analysis of the skills required for your team manager to succeed with the action plan and provide a customised team management development programme to close the gap.

Coaching Sessions
Future Focus Plan
We will provide regular 1-2-1 coaching sessions with your team manager to support them in achieving the team action plan. In these valuable sessions we will spark motivation, overcome obstacles and identify opportunities for team success.
After supporting success on the initial team action plan, we will support the team manager to look to the future with a realistic plan that will support enable team performance
