The uncapped idea.

As an L&D professional there is one statistic that has always haunted me:  

Only 12% of the content from traditional in-class training is successfully applied to a learner's job role. I knew there had to be a better way. We deserve better results for our budget spend and for our people. 

I wanted to say goodbye to such a low level of learning transfer and say hello to uncapped learning using a methodology that could up those rates significantly - and so uncapped people performance was born.

I have loved being able to combine my expert knowledge as a degree lecturer, where I am immersed in the latest proven research, with my skills as a corporate learning designer/coach to create a new approach that really does realise my vision. 

Through our customised programmes we can provide individuals and organisations with what they need to truly develop skills that lead to lasting performance change.

After all, why should we commit resources to anything less?
